Multiple entries per location, per person, per day, or signing up for people other than yourself will disqualify you from participation in this contest. Must be 18 years or older. You are not eligible to win if you have won a major prize (value over $1500) in the last 12 months. Only one winner per household is allowed.
All final decisions regarding winners will be made by the Cache Valley Media Group. Employees of Cache Valley Media Group, sponsoring businesses, and prize sponsors and their affiliates and/or sponsoring organizations and/or businesses are not eligible to win.
Any and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s) and should be paid by the winner(s) as well as claimed on their 1099 forms. Winners will be required to sign receipts for all prizes and/or winnings which will constitute prize awarded in full.
